General Features
Trading & Accounting in One Suite:- It is an integrated system which handles Trading and Accounting activities together in a well designed manner.
Full Keyboard Support :- The application can operate even without using the mouse, since most of the users prefer keyboard than mouse.
User Level Security :- User level security can be assigned to each user. Screen Level and menu level right can also be configured.
Drill Down Facility in Reports :- This features allows the user to view the entire entries used for generating a report in a drill down manner from the report window itself.
Automatic Year End Process :- This feature helps a lot in Year end processing of the company. A/c Balances, Closing Stocks etc are transferred to the next financial year properly.
Yearwise Login Facility :- System is using Year wise Login. This will help in managing the Accounting statements, stock reports etc.
Multiple Company Facility :- User can create any number of companies. The system will keep track of all transactions separately. User can chose company from company list while login.
Trading Features
Multiple Taxed Items in Single Invoice:- User can general one single invoice for all the item being purchased by customer irrespective of items having different taxation.
User Level Activity Tracking:- The user activity corresponding to all cash transaction can be viewed in a report to reduce mis-management.
Invoice wise profit analysis:- Invoicewise profit anaylsis can be done to get flexy report on profit generation.
Item wise Dealer Tracking:- A rate of an item being supplied by different dealers or list of item being supplied by different suppliers can be viewed. This will help to do optimized stock purchase management.
Stock Grouping Facility:- Items can be classified into different user definable groups for convenience. Each group can keep separate 3 level descriptions too!
Stock Movement Tracking:- Stock movement can be tracked according to selling rate which could allow to identify moving as well as non-moving products.
Stock Ageing:- Stock Ageing can be tracked to identify the stock quantity lying at stock repository with its purchase date which allow to identify dead stock.
Multiple Unit Facility:- System allows multiple units for inventory items. Items can be purchased or sold in any units. Unit conversion is handled automaticlally. Unit wise rates can be configured by user.
Credit Limit Alerting Facility:- System will keep track of the credit Limit Allowed to the customers. When the outstanding amount crosses the credit limit the system will alert the user.
Agent wise Sale Tracking:- The user can create a data base of commission agent and per centage distribution for each agent. The report corresponding to the Agent Wise sale can be viewed.
Customer wise Discount Facility:- The User can keep separate discount rates for regular customers. Discount will be allowed automatically in invoices.
Automatic Purchase Order Generation:- System is capable of generating thepurchase order automatically by cross checking the closing stock and reorder level of items.
Low Stock Alert Facility:- When the stocks of items go below minimum level thesystem can alert the user and place these items in purchase order.

• 128MB or higher recommended
• CD-ROM or DVD drive for software installation
Installation
1. Start up the computer and boot into Windows.
2. Insert the CD containing Reposoft Software in to CD-ROM Drive
3. Inserted CD will start running automatically (Incase the CD is not initializing please browse to the CD-Drive and double-click the application file) and then message box will appear asking the confirmation of installation.
4. Please define application & database path as per your requirement.
